Also 1/2 to 1 cup of chopped walnuts or pecans. Bake 350 degrees for 18 to 20 minutes, and just leave like that (no powdered sugar). I've made them several times and found them excellent. Nice texture. I wonder what they'd taste like with chocolate on top or mini chips added?woof nannyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10585916446298818033noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13900147.post-1143859019542554002006-03-31T20:36:00.000-06:002006-03-31T20:36:00.000-06:00They taste (to me) like Pecan SandiesThese are a l...They taste (to me) like Pecan Sandies
These are a long time favorite in my house and I also include them in my annual Christmas Cookie Tray because they are ALWAYS requested.

New reader, btw, just thought I would say hi =)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13900147.post-1143765059838369762006-03-30T18:30:00.000-06:002006-03-30T18:30:00.000-06:00I remember my grandma making these whe i ws little...I remember my grandma making these whe i ws little.
