Apple Crisp


I like to find interesting ways to use up stuff in my fridge and pantry.  It's how I get my kicks.  Well, the fam recently put a hold on their apple consumption leaving me with half a bag of sadden apples.  I also had some oats left over from these cookies.  I like to peruse my cook books, similar to how one may approach picking up somebody at a singles bar.
What looks good and easy.
