Here is the 2024 Halloween decor in all it's glory!
Not too too much new along with a bunch of dittos of last year's layouts.
I may have hit my high mark and everything will just be same same for all following years. I'm pretty pleased.
Creep through the Demented Decor of the Past:
Fabulous Halloween decor as always Mary.. I'll say it again, you have such a creative eye for seasonal decor.. Your posts are always very inspiring & creative, & fill me with lots of ideas.. (& always put a smile on my face).. Hope you had a wonderful Halloween with the family. I love that you have so many photos of you all enjoying Halloween together & all your creative costumes... I'm jealous, & I wish there were photos of my sister & I from all the wonderful Halloweens we had as kids. But people didn't take many photos in those days.. (& Halloween was mainly us kids doing stuff ourselves. But my older sister was very creative & took charge of me & the younger kids in the area, & ALWAYS made things & she created so many happy memories for me... but at least I have wonderful memories of my sister & our friends on the street having Halloween parties in our house & making things to decorate our Dad's garage.. Our Mum making toffee apples, getting soaked bobbing for apples, dressing up & going Trick or Tresting (we used to get given coins in those days rather than sweets), followed by celebrations for Bonfire Night, & having bonfires & fireworks with the neighbours & their kids.. We lived in a very rural area, with only the 1 street of houses, but I treasure those memories.. & it's lovely to see how you & your family make so much effort in your celebrations & just in general, to create wonderful memories together.. YAY! Fellow Element owner! For awhile I had 2 as well but couldn't keep up with the repairs needed. Long story on that. Elements are absolutely my soul.
