One of the articles within the 1962 Simplicity Spring pattern fashion catalog presents a pattern touting it's 7 day wear from 6 pieces you can mix and match!
An outfit for each day of the week!

I think this is a fun idea. It would be perfect for a honeymoon trousseau, or a vacation where you had to pack light but still want to look adorable each day, or for starting a new job needing dress causal outfits, or for someone wanting to start dressing vintage and they need a core wardrobe set.
Here are a few images showing some of the dress pieces in the 1962 catalog:

Just make sure to wear your corresponding daily underwear!

All pattern envelope source images came from various sites including: vintagepatterns.wikia, ebay, and etsy

That is a super cute idea! Including the undies! lol!
I would like to make something like this one day. It looks really fun, especially if you pick more than one fabric pattern to throw in there!
