This is an easy peasy recipe that is a kind of reinvention of biscuits with jelly.

Cherry jelly wasn't on our grocery shelves when I made these so I used cherry pie filling. Either jelly or the pie filling will taste yummy but if you are going for looks as I always am I recommend the filling due to it having copious amounts of whole cherries for optimal visual appeal!
For a flavor boost, drizzle the tops with a simple sugar glaze.
